1. General By accessing and using the Raging Salads online ordering platform, you agree to comply with the following terms. These terms may be updated at any time without prior notice.

2. Ordering Process All orders must be placed through our website or mobile app. It is your responsibility to ensure that all details provided during the order process are accurate, including delivery information, contact details, and item selection.

3. Payment Payments must be made at the time of order through available methods such as credit/debit cards or other online payment gateways. We use secure third-party services to handle payments, and you agree to the terms of those services. Raging Salads does not store payment details.

4. Delivery We aim to deliver orders within the estimated time frame provided at checkout. However, delivery times are subject to conditions such as traffic, weather, and other unforeseen circumstances. Raging Salads is not liable for delays beyond our control.

5. Order Modification and Cancellation You may cancel or modify your order within 5 minutes of placement by contacting our customer service. After this period, the order is considered final, and no changes will be made. Refunds for canceled orders will be processed within 5-7 business days through the original payment method.

6. Refunds and Returns Refunds are only offered for orders that contain incorrect or missing items. You must notify us within 30 minutes of receiving your order, and we may request proof (such as photos) of the incorrect delivery.

7. Allergies and Dietary Requirements While we strive to accommodate dietary preferences, it is the customer’s responsibility to inform us of any allergies or intolerances during the ordering process. We cannot guarantee the absence of allergens in our food, and Raging Salads is not responsible for any allergic reactions caused by unreported allergens.

8. Pricing All prices listed on our platform are in local currency and may be subject to change without prior notice. The final price includes applicable taxes and delivery charges, which are displayed during checkout.

9. Promotions and Discounts Promotions, discounts, and voucher codes are valid for a limited time and subject to availability. They cannot be combined with other offers unless stated otherwise. Raging Salads reserves the right to modify or cancel promotions without notice.

10. User Accounts You may be required to create an account to place an order. You are responsible for keeping your login information secure. Raging Salads is not responsible for unauthorized account access due to user negligence.

11. Limitation of Liability Raging Salads will not be held liable for any direct, indirect, or consequential damages arising from the use of our platform or services, including, but not limited to, delayed deliveries, food quality, or inaccuracies in order details provided by the customer.

12. Governing Law These terms and conditions are governed by the laws of Jordan. Any disputes arising from the use of this platform or services shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the Jordanian courts.
